Installing a low-flow shower head can reduce hot water usage during a shower by 30-40%, which also saves the energy that is used to heat the water.

Hot Water Temperature
Check that the temperature of your hot water tap is about 60°C. If it is hotter than this it could be a burn hazard as well as wasting energy. Adjust the cylinders, thermostat to suit
